Return Policy

Easy & Free Returns

Return, Refund & cancellation is very easy with as no order will be served by until you have a confirmation with customer service.

You can either cancel your order from my order page in your profile or you can call customer service for cancellation within 3 hours. Hydstores also gives you an option to cancel your order when you receive a call from customer service before delivery.


Hydstores is not responsible if the item is picked up from the store as all return, refund & exchange is subject to store policy.

You can return and claim for refund within 15 days after receiving the product through customer service. All return & refunds are subject to the terms & conditions under COD & home delivery.

  1. The item is not from the list of non-returnable items.
  2. You can’t return Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy.
  3. Only the items with ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and still with its original Seal can be returned
  4. Goods which have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be sold again by the seller and can therefore not be returned.
  5. Goods should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, tags, etc.
  6. Goods or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted for returns.
  7. The item is non- functional but having warranty from manufacturer.
  8. Goods that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from, will not be taken back by the seller.
  9. Jewelry, watches, accessories, glasses or similar products which have been used, customized, carved, changed or damaged can also not be returned.
  10. Any litigation related to product damage, dysfunction will be resolved with an investigation to justify the liabilities on each party e.g. First, Second party & Buyer. The accountable should bear the damage and in this arbitration the first party resort the right to enact final justification.
  11. Any litigation and trade issues are subject to resolve in between the parties. Hydstores holds the right to close the subject with a final opinion. No third party references shall be entertained.

Non Refundable/ Non-Returnable Items

  1. Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
  2. When the offer notes states so specifically are items that cannot be returned.
  3. Items that fall into the below product types:
  • Supermarket items
  • Underwear
  • Lingerie
  • Socks
  • Software
  • Swimwear
  • Beauty & Fragrances
  • Hosiery
  • Also, any consumable items that are used or installed cannot be returned. As outlined in consumer Protection Rights and concerning section on non-returnable items.

Products related to hygiene, Video games & accessories, Screen guards, screen protectors and tempered glasses, Pet food supplies, harnesses, aquarium supplies, pet shampoos/ conditioners, Car tires are non-returnable and hence, not eligible for return.

Authentication & approvals for Return & Refund

After receiving the product back, Hydstores will inspect or investigate to ensure all claims for return & refund if found the claim is accepted, we will process the full or partial refund as applicable subject to terms and conditions.
